Benefits Administrator/Recruiter

Job Title:  Benefits Administrator/Recruiter
Reports To: CEO/Director of Operations

Summary The Benefits Administrator/Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of HR functions within CWIS.  They should encompass the values, vision and ideals of the company.  They will work with the management team to develop and help promote the company’s culture with the staff.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Recruiting and screening of potential candidates
  • Interviewing and onboarding of new employees
  • Facilitate drug screening and background checks
  • Benefits administration
  • Health and Welfare tracking
  • Point of Contact for all company insurance; Workers Comp, General Liability, Etc…
  • Assist Business Development with information as it relates to contract bidding
  • Assist with employee relations and discipline as needed by management team 

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will have no supervisory responsibilities.
 
Education and/or Experience    
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field
